Foundations of
Jazz
(Ages 6-8)
A 45min foundational jazz technique dance class with an emphasis on musical theatre style for ages 6-8.
Musical theatre jazz establishes a strong technique in jazz while also teaching
the foundational principles of how to dance as specific characters from different kinds of musicals.
This class will have two performances a year. Try your first week of classes for free!

Jazz (ages 8-12)
A 1hr jazz technique dance class with an emphasis on musical theatre style for ages 8-12.
Jazz is the foundational style of musical theatre with a combination of strong technical movements mixed with fun upbeat music.
This class will participate in 2 dance productions a year. Try your first week of classes for free!

Musical Theatre Jazz
(Ages 9-14)
A one hour jazz technique class with an emphasis in musical theatre style for ages 10-12.
Here at the Academy we believe that those who are in a musical
theatre dance class should have the chance to perform within a musical.
Therefore, through our ACT I community theatre company the
Musical Theatre Level 1-3 classes will be featured dancers within one of their musicals or one of their musical theatre based showcases. Try your first week of classes for free!
